These terms apply to purchases from greenbarkbranches.com. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these terms.
Products and orders
Product pages describe the available design, garment, colors and sizes. Colors can appear differently on screens, and garment measurements can have manufacturing tolerances; this does not excuse a materially incorrect or faulty item. Please check the size guide and selected options before ordering.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we send your dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods. Keep your order confirmation and these terms for reference.
Prices and payment
Our base product prices are in US dollars. Where another checkout currency is offered, the currency and amount shown before payment apply; converted display prices can vary with the applicable exchange rate. Shipping and any taxes collected by the store are shown before you place the order. See the Shipping Policy for possible destination import charges.
Payment is processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not receive your full card number. If there is a material pricing or availability error, we will contact you to resolve it rather than substituting a different price or product without your agreement.
Production, delivery and cancellations
Products are printed after ordering. See the Shipping Policy for timing and delivery support. We remain responsible for the delivery obligations imposed on us by law; risk is not transferred merely because we hand goods to a carrier.
Contact us promptly if you need to amend an order. Production changes may not be possible once printing begins, but this does not remove statutory cancellation rights. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligible cancellations, sizing requests and faulty or incorrect items.
Your account and information
Provide accurate order and delivery details and keep account access secure. Contact us if you suspect misuse. We handle personal information as explained in the Privacy Policy. Registering an account or placing an order does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing emails.
Artwork and website content
Website content and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product does not grant a license to reproduce its artwork. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant details.
We will ask for the appropriate permission before using an identifiable customer photograph or other customer content in our marketing.
Our responsibilities
We are responsible for supplying goods and services in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not limit your legal remedies to a production partner’s own policy.
Questions and disputes
Please contact support@greenbarkbranches.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms prevents you from seeking assistance from the competent consumer authority or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Mandatory protections in your country continue to apply where required.
Changes to these terms
The version applicable when your order is placed applies to that order. Later updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove your rights.
